We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, subscribe to our Pro plan, or otherwise contact us.

The personal information we collect includes:

  • Dietary preferences and restrictions (e.g. foods to include or avoid)
  • Calorie and macro targets
  • Weight data (if you choose to use the weight tracker feature)
  • Supermarket preference

Sensitive Information. We collect health-related information including weight data and dietary preferences. This information is collected solely to provide you with personalised meal plans and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment Data. We collect data necessary to process your payment if you subscribe to our Pro plan. All payment data including card details is handled and stored by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our systems. You can find Stripe's privacy notice at https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and information about how and when you use our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services.

The information we collect includes:

Log and Usage Data. This includes your IP address, device information, browser type, and information about your activity in the Services such as pages viewed and features used.

Device Data. This includes information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device used to access the Services, such as your IP address, browser type, and operating system.

  • To deliver our Services. We process your dietary preferences, calorie targets, and other inputs to generate personalised meal plans using AI.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription. We process information necessary to handle your Pro subscription via Stripe.

  • To improve our Services. We may process information about how you use our Services to understand usage patterns and make improvements.

7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

Our Services are hosted by Vercel and our database is managed by Supabase, both of which may process your data in the United States. We use Anthropic's API, which is also based in the United States. By using our Services, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States. All third-party providers we use are subject to appropriate data protection agreements and safeguards in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information by law (for example, financial records which we are required to keep for up to 6 years under UK tax law).

Weight data and meal plan history are retained for the duration of your account and deleted upon account deletion.

9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure hosting infrastructure via Vercel, and access controls on our database via Supabase. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

10. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

As a UK resident, you have the following rights under UK GDPR:

  • Right to access. You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification. You have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to erasure. You have the right to request that we delete your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Right to restrict processing. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
